1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and royal36 ("royal36", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://royal36.asia ("Platform").

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each player may hold one (1) account only on the royal36 Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. royal36 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport)
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable time may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or account closure. royal36 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) checks in accordance with its licensing obligations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify royal36 support immediately via live chat.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the royal36 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT). Additional methods may be made available from time to time.

Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method. E-wallet deposits (Touch n Go, Boost) are generally instant. Bank transfer deposits are subject to normal banking processing times.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that you have previously used to deposit, or to a verified account in your name. royal36 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits in accordance with its licensing obligations or for fraud prevention purposes.

Dormant accounts: Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. A monthly administrative fee may be applied to dormant accounts after written notice. Accounts with a zero balance after this period may be closed.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

royal36 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in each promotion's terms.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses must be wagered before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• royal36 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordination between players, or systematic exploitation of bonus structures — may result in account suspension, bonus forfeiture, and recovery of bonus-derived winnings.
• Promotions are available to eligible Malaysian players unless expressly restricted by region in the promotion terms.

6. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

By placing bets or participating in games on the royal36 Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Bets are final once confirmed. royal36 does not accept bet cancellations after the event of interest has commenced, unless expressly provided for in specific game or market rules.
• In the event of a technical fault or system error during a game round or betting event, royal36 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake.
• Odds, prices, and payouts displayed on the Platform at the time of bet placement are binding, subject to the operator's right to correct manifest errors.
• royal36 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits per market, event, or game session.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical equipment (cards, dice, roulette wheels) operated in licensed studio environments. RNG game outcomes are generated by certified random number generator software, the integrity of which is independently audited.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the royal36 Platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game or event outcomes
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing errors for financial gain
• Money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity conducted through the Platform
• Registering multiple accounts or using false identity information
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law, while concealing your true location
• Providing access to your account to any third party
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the operation of the Platform or the experience of other users

8. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, and monthly caps on deposits
• Session time reminders — notifications after a defined period of continuous play
• Cooling-off periods — temporary access restriction of 24 hours to 6 weeks
• Self-exclusion — voluntary account suspension for a defined or indefinite period

These tools are accessible from your account settings at any time. Activation of deposit limit reductions and cooling-off periods takes effect immediately. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the royal36 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall appearance and arrangement of the Platform — is the property of royal36 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of royal36.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, royal36 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
• Losses arising from system outages, maintenance periods, or technical failures beyond royal36's reasonable control
• Losses resulting from your breach of these Terms or applicable laws

royal36's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Amendments to These Terms

royal36 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under royal36's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to royal36's customer support team for resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of royal36's licensing authority. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a competent court where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
